LifePod expands the capabilities of popular smart speakers with a unique Proactive-Voice Platform and Caregiver Portal that provides an easy-to-use, 2-way voice service for older adults aging-in-place and chronically ill patients in their homes — and their caregivers! Unlike traditional voice assistants, LifePod can be set up and controlled by a remote caregiver using an intuitive, online portal to configure and schedule proactive-voice check-ins, reminders, and other content providing virtual companionship.
Not yet. LifePod is currently available in English and hopes to introduce new languages in the future.

LifePod Caregiver Portal
The LifePod Caregiver Portal is accessible in all web browsers.
- To access the Caregiver Portal enter my.lifepodportal.com in your browser.
LifePod routines are prompts or questions personalized by caregivers in the online Caregiver Portal and spoken aloud by the LifePod smart speaker at programmed times throughout the care recipient’s day. The care recipient listens and responds to each routine; in turn, caregivers may elect to receive real-time text notifications and/or daily email reports summarizing routine responses.
There are three LifePod routine types:
Yes. Primary caregivers and caregivers may add new members to the care recipient’s Care Team. Once added, the individual will receive an invitation email.

Yes. LifePod caregivers may opt into or out of daily email reports as well as text message alerts.
