Voice-enabled technologies such as LifePod are supporting the option to age in place for seniors and long-term managed care individuals. By enabling a virtual “care partner” who can provide frequent check-ins and reminders for well-being, medication, meals, hydration, movement, as well as for companionship and entertainment, technology is creating options for families to better support their loved ones without being physically present.
