I’m not receiving the Daily Caregiver Email Report. What do I do?

If you’re not receiving your care recipient’s Daily Caregiver Email Report:


1. Ensure you have opted into daily email reports

    1. Log in to the LifePod Caregiver Portal
    2. If you have more than one LifePod care recipient, confirm that you are in the correct care recipient account by selecting the appropriate name from the top left corner dropdown list
    3. Click on the Care Team tab

    4. Click the blue pencil in your Care Team profile box

    5. Select the “Daily” Report box (the box should be blue with a checkmark)

    6. Click “Save 


2. Check your email’s Spam folder

    1. Search your associated email’s Spam folder for messages from <noreply@lifepod.com>
    2. If your Daily Caregiver Reports are in the Spam folder, take the necessary action to “trust” the email address


3. Contact the LifePod Support Team

    1. If you are still not receiving the Daily Caregiver Email Report 2 days after completing steps 1 and 2, contact the LifePod Support Team at support@lifepod.com
