How do I re-enter my Wi-Fi password if I typed it incorrectly during setup?

If you enter an incorrect password during setup:

 

iOS Steps:

  1. Close out of the LifePod app
    • On your phone, double click on the Home button to view running apps
    • Scroll through the apps until you see the preview window for the LifePod app
    • Swipe up on the app to close it from running in the background.
  2. Reopen the LifePod app
  3. Click “Let’s Get Started”
  4. Click “Next
  5. Go to your phone’s Wi-Fi settings and select the network beginning with iHome iLP14 XXXX
  6. Return to the app and click “Next
  7. Select the appropriate Wi-Fi network, enter the Password and click “Continue

Android Steps:

  1. Close out of the LifePod app
    • At the bottom of your phone screen/face, click on the Square button on either the left or right side of the Home button (depending on phone) to view running apps
    • Scroll through the apps until you see the preview window for the LifePod app
    • Click the X in the top right of the window for the App to close it from running in the background.
  2. Reopen the LifePod app
  3. Click “Let’s Get Started”
  4. Click “Next
  5. Go to your phone’s Wi-Fi settings and select the network beginning with “iHome iLP14 XXXX
  6. Return to the app and click “Next
  7. Select the appropriate Wi-Fi network, enter the Password and click “Continue
