How do I manage a Care Team member?

Primary caregivers have the ability to delete a caregiver and edit aspects of a caregiver’s profile settings. 

Caregivers have the ability to edit aspects of a caregiver’s profile settings.

 

To delete a Care Team member:

1. Log in to the LifePod Caregiver Portal  

2. Click the “Care Team” tab 

3. Click the blue pencil in the top right corner of the appropriate caregiver’s profile 

4. Click the delete icon in the bottom right corner of the caregiver’s profile   

5. Click “Save 

 


To edit the profile settings of a Care Team member: 

1. Log in to the LifePod Caregiver Portal  

2. Click the “Care Team” tab 

3. Click the blue pencil in the top right corner of the appropriate caregiver’s profile 

4. Make any necessary changes 

5. Click “Save
