How do I create a reminder?

Reminder- A gentle prompt to help remind your care recipient of important events and activities with an optional follow-up 

To create a Reminder: 

  1. Log in to the LifePod Caregiver Portal
  1. Select any of the four sample reminder templates or click “Create Reminder 
  1. Customize the Description of the routine, if necessary 
  1. Select a start date, time and frequency for the routine 
  1. Modify the initial prompt, as necessary 
  1. Though a response is not required, you may select “Alert me via text” and choose the response type for which you would like to receive a real-time text message alert 
  1. Click “Save Routineif you do not want a follow-up or click “Perform a follow-up check-in” to confirm an event or track its progress 

 

To create a follow-up:  

  1. Click, “Perform a follow-up check-in
  1. Select a start date and time 
  1. Modify the initial question, as necessary 
  1. Customize the replies given when your care recipient responds positively or negatively to the initial question 
  1. If appropriate, select “Alert me via text” and choose the response type for which you would like to receive a real-time text message alert 
  1. Click “Save Routine
