How do I create a check-in?

Check-In- A friendly, conversational routine for high priority activities that requires your care recipient to respond 


 To create a check-in: 

  1. Log in to the LifePod Caregiver Portal
  1. Select any of the four sample check-in templates or click “Create Check-In 
  1. Customize the Description of the routine, if necessary 
  1. Select a start date, time and frequency for the routine 
  1. Modify the initial question, as necessary
  1. Customize the replies given when your care recipient responds positively or negatively to the initial question. 
  1. If appropriate, select “Alert me via text” and choose the response type for which you would like to receive a real-time text message alert 
  1. Click “Save Routine”
