Log in to the LifePod Caregiver Portal and select the “Favorite TV Show” Reminder template. You can personalize the prompts and timing from there! Try out the example below.

Initial Prompt: It’s 6:45. Your favorite TV show starts in 15 minutes on channel 4!

Select “Follow-up check-in”

Initial Question: It’s 6:55! Your show starts in 5 minutes. Have you turned on the TV and put on channel 4 yet?

Reply if answer is positive: Great. Enjoy the show!

Reply if answer is negative: Ok. Just a friendly reminder to press the red power button on the remote. Next, press the numbers 0 and 4. Then you can sit back, relax and enjoy watching your show!

Select “alert me via text” for a real-time alert of your loved one’s response.
